Email & Onboarding Experience

Email and Onboarding Experience

The email design is designed to be in dark mode, to follow the new guidelines and update it to look more GenZ. The notifications on mobile and desktop were also redesigned to give a sense of connection with the overall branding.

Simplicity of Black & White

We also worked on Peliplat's visual identity, which is built on a foundation of minimalism using a predominantly black color palette to convey sophistication, authority and cinematic depth.

Liquid Shapes

As part of the refreshed branding, we introduced fluid, liquid-inspired shapes that add a dynamic and modern visual element to Peliplat's identity. These shapes bring movement and energy to advertisements, creating a sense of flow that mirrors the ever-evolving world of cinema.

“Community is the product”

Film fans don’t just want to track what they watch, they want to be understood and to find their people. Design that surfaced social context outperformed purely content-centric layouts.

“Brand restraint builds trust”

The black & white simplicity of Peliplat’s brand elements paired with selective purple accents felt more premium than a maximalist approach, proving restraint can be a differentiator.

“Email is an experience, not a channel.”

Treating the email template as part of the product, not a separate marketing artifact, lead to much higher engagement. Design consistency across touch points matters.
